His expertise in organisational culture transformation comes from his experience across both profit and non-profit sectors. He has also pioneered multiple ministry networks globally.

Daniel is married to Joy. They have four biological and two adopted children. As a family they are championing foster care and adoption in Singapore.

Driven by a desire to serve, Megan rarely sits idle while a worthy cause has been identified or left unfinished. Megan’s passion is to impact and transform the lives of the most needy and unreached people in the world. She is delighted that this desire is matched by the vision and work of The Titus Group.

Megan’s wide range of working experience in public relations, events management and office administration from three different continents, brings a unique set of strengths to the team.

The extrovert in the team, Quin's exuberant, effervescent personality often lights up any place she walks into.

Coming into the team with strong corporate experience due to her stints at Ritz Carlton and Estée Lauder, she is in charge of office management and administration. Quin has a unique call to help young ladies caught up in human trafficking. Having served in Malaysia with a ministry called Redeeming Roses - which reaches out to street women and prostitutes - she has always had a specific burden to minister to such women. Her eventual aim is to see broken women restored to their true identity in Christ through Christian counselling. She also has a keen passion in the performing arts and acting industries.
