The Titus Compass™
A Framework for Navigating the Future.
25 Years Of Experience
The Titus Compass™ is a structured journey that builds holistic leadership capacity by guiding an organization through four sequential movements. The process begins with the Explorer mapping new possibilities, followed by the Pioneer charting the path forward. The vision is then activated by the Warrior, who executes with focus and resilience, and finally cemented by the Sage, who embeds wisdom to ensure an enduring legacy. This progression equips leaders not merely to face the future, but to shape it with intention.
We have COVID-19 protections at our office which include wearing masks and temperature checks so worry to conatct us.
The Four Movements of the Compass
What We Do
Movement 1:
The Explorer
This initial phase embodies the spirit of the Explorer. We act as your lookouts, systematically scanning the macro-environment—social, technological, economic, environmental, and political—to identify the critical forces, emerging trends, and weak signals of change that will shape your future context. We combine rigorous data analysis with qualitative research to build a comprehensive map of the dynamics at play.
- You will gain an evidence-based, holistic understanding of your future operating environment. This moves your team beyond internal assumptions to a shared, objective view of the external landscape, forming the foundation for all future strategic work.

Movement 2:
The Pioneer
We activate the Pioneer spirit, moving from analysis to imagination. Using the insights from Phase 1, we facilitate a structured process to build 3-4 plausible, challenging, and strategically relevant future scenarios. These are not forecasts; they are coherent stories about how the world might evolve, designed to stretch leadership thinking, challenge core assumptions, and reveal hidden risks and opportunities.
- Your leadership team will have rehearsed the future. By exploring a range of possibilities, you build strategic resilience and agility, preparing your organization to adapt and thrive no matter which future unfolds.

Movement 3:
The Warrior
This phase activates the Warrior archetype. It is about making decisive choices and committing to a path with courage and discipline. We use the scenarios to stress-test existing strategies, identify vulnerabilities, and make the tough calls necessary to advance your cause. This is where we forge a resilient, proactive strategy designed not just to survive, but to thrive. It requires focus, determination, and the courage to take bold action.
- You will have a clear, tested strategic plan. It will be a roadmap for action, built on decisive choices and designed to overcome obstacles and achieve your mission with focus and determination.

Movement 4:
The Sage
This final phase embodies the Sage archetype. Our goal is to transition from guide to mentor, embedding the wisdom gained throughout the process into your organization's DNA. We focus on cultivating your team's own foresight capabilities through leadership training, establishing internal processes for continuous learning, and providing ongoing counsel. The aim is to empower your organization with the wisdom to navigate its own future.
- Your organization will develop a culture of wisdom and continuous learning. You will have the internal skills, frameworks, and mindset to not only face the future but to approach it with insight, clarity, and the confidence that comes from deep understanding.
